Triptik provides a safe and healthy workplace for its employees. Employees are encouraged to speak up in case of any medical, emotional, or physical disability that could affect them.
Triptik actually employs 14 people. No incident related to work has been declared since 2018.
Counterparts are expected to comply with our standards by completing our Taylor-made “Know Your Customer” questionnaire. This is requested for any new stakeholder willing to do business with Triptik.
We do not accept working with any parties that could be involved in disrespectful work practices.
Triptik employs a number of qualified and experienced employees in order to mitigate risk and ensure good practices.
We emphasize and comply with the relevant laws and conduct business with integrity. All employees are required to reach out if they know or suspect any breach of the code of conduct.
Triptik top management has a minimum of 2-3 meetings per month, and more frequently if needed. Board Members have meetings two times per year.
